Tasting notes

Nose: A rich, resinous piney juniper profile followed by citrus burst leading to a sweet and warming spiciness of cardamom and cassia which is distinctly associated with the 137 range.

Palate: A heightened profile to that of the Berkshire Dry, with a silky smooth texture that coats the mouth in the rich botanical oils. The complexity builds as the notes from the grains of paradise, cardamom and orange citrus come forward.

Finish: Earthy, rich and lingering. Leaving you with a bold and sophisticated drink that is both well-structured and balanced.
